• Thorough product training for your staff enables them to be productive right from the start. Our experience tells us that the most effective training occurs in individual or small group settings, with a curriculum customized for the audience.

• The training we provide is performed at your site, one-to-one or in group settings. We prefer to train your staff using your own company data, configured in a demonstration mode. This type of training enables our consultants to focus on the individual tasks assigned to staff members, using data they are familiar with, ensuring everyone is confident using the new system. We also offer classroom training at our offices in Crystal Reports® and FRx as these tools lend themselves well to this style of training. In addition to classroom training we also offer quarterly webinars.
